The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are entered into by and between You (the “User” or “Users”) and CrowdHealth (the “Company”). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, control the Users’ use of the website  https://crowdhealth.org (the “Website”), including all materials, resources, information, and services on the Website, whether as a guest or registered user. All documents listed above are hereby incorporated into these Terms.

All materials and online services provided by the Company are subject to the following Terms. By accessing the Company Website, blog, social media, or other information sharing outlets, or by using any of the Company’s products or services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. STATES THAT DO NOT ALLOW FOR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR DAMANGES, THE COMPNAY LIABILITY IS TO BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
